What happens to Lieferando?

You do not need to leave Lieferando. The portal can bring new guests; your QR code, flyers and vouchers give regulars a direct route to your own ordering site.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. We set everything up with you. In the kitchen, daily use is simply sound, receipt and accept; prices and opening hours change from your phone.

Who owns the customer data?

You do. Customer data and order history stay in your system and can be exported at any time. Hosting is in Frankfurt.

How quickly can I go live?

Your menu becomes a draft in about 30 minutes. After domain, payment, terminal and a trial order, you can take orders within two weeks.

What if my order volume fluctuates?

One busy month does not change your plan automatically. If average volume changes sustainably, we agree the suitable plan together for the next period – with no retroactive charges.
